A true Piedmontese classic in its most intimate and “alternative” version, the Petit Baladin is the parlor of the famous Cuneo brewery, Baladin. Rest assured that here you can drink over 30 varieties of excellent craft beer and enjoy a menu that ranges from street food to more refined dishes, for quality and refined gourmet.
In the energetic San Salvario, the beating heart of Turin nightlife, you will find welcomes to you a small vintage lounge with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has all the characteristics of the Baladin trademark, with the muted tones and soft shapes characteristics of the brewery combined with lamps and retro furniture. All together in an alternative chic collage that makes the environment warm and welcoming.
The menu, differs from any other offering refined dishes in the name of tradition. Here at Petit Baladin, the hamburgers are a real pleasure. Made with Fassona meat and many regional ingredients, they are a must. The “fatate”, which will inevitably be paired with your hamburger, are crispy artisanal French fries in cheese, pepper, or rosemary. As far as structured dishes, we suggest the purple potato gnocchi with toma fondue and hazelnut chop or the steak with parmesan flakes. You will also find vegetarian options, which include soups and daily specialties.
Let’s not forget that we are in a brewery and if you are passionate about the blonde drink of excellence, you should know that this is where you will be spoiled. From spicy to hoppy or pure malt, they offer a wide selection of special beers and limited editions. Always offering a new combination, but always in the name of great quality, the Baladin brand is quite distinguishable.
