Bariolé

A triumph of taste and color that warms the heart

Bariolé is a triumph of taste and colors that warms the heart. This creperie from the French soul offers moments of pure pleasure from lunch to dinner, through Sunday brunch: each dish will reconcile you with the world.

A name that promises on one hand a touch of France and on the other fanciful polychromos to tease the eye. That’s right: bariolé in French means “colorful”, in this place you can find fun and colorful combinations in what is the absolute queen of the menu, or crepes. But Frenchness can also be found in the wood of the tables, in straw paper napkins and in the simplicity of the environment in which the mirrors and the visible bottles dominate the room, bringing us back to the atmosphere of the bistros of the Alps.

If crepes are the center of the menu you are sure to find all kinds, even gallettes, crepes made of buckwheat. The combinations are original and always delicious thanks to the use of the best quality of fresh raw materials that enhance the products. For those with allergies, there are delicious vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

From salty to sweet, every crepes is a pure concentrate of beauty and taste. Just looking at the picture will make you want to try them all. Some examples? You can try the energy of asparagus, egg with the eye of a cow, goat’s mousse and speck; some lighter options include vegetables sautéed with ginger, cheese and mayonnaise thai or scalded prawns, sautéed spinach, creme fraiche, salad and cheese.

On the other hand, if you prefer sweets, you can choose between the crepes with pears, red wine, white chocolate and flaked almonds or ones with wild apples and salted caramel. The possible combinations really go against any kind of taste and for those who want to eat something different, every day you will find specialities off-the-menu that vary depending on the season, from salads, soups, to the braburger (Bra sausage burger) with parmesan fondue, scalded ribs and vegetables.

However, to quench your thirst, the cellar includes a selection of wines from the area, perfect for any type of combination. There are also craft beers including Normandy cider, very aromatic, and perfect to indulge with your food.

In the taste of polychromos and Bariolé, whether you go there for lunch, for dinner or for Sunday brunch, rest assured that you will find good food and the right charge to face any kind of day you expect.

We can't. That's why every week we share the best experiences turin has to offer.
